Scott Polley — Adelaide University — OEA Representative 
Scott is Program Director of the Bachelor of Outdoor and Environmental Leadership at Adelaide University. He currently sits on the Outdoor Education Australia, Outdoor Council of Australia, National Council for Resilience and Risk and South Australian Rockclimbing Education Association Boards. He teaches Outdoor and Environmental Education and holds outdoor leadership qualifications in bushwalking, climbing, rock-climbing and mountain biking.

Mike Meredith 
Now retired having spent 37 years teaching and 47 in the Reserves. A keen bushwalker (Walk adviser) and paddler (Kayak & Canoe flat water instructor) as well as experiential learner. Have enjoyed taking young people into the outdoors since 1985 and having input into SACE Outdoor education. First joined OEASA in 1990 and served on the committee in various roles since 1991.

Lesley has been teaching since 1990 in a variety of schools ranging from her first position in Temple College, to a massive international school in Peru. Lesley had the privilege to be involved in ten different Outdoor education programs throughout her career including lecturing at University of SA, running Wilderness School's program, and setting up Stage 1 and 2 Outdoor education at Immanuel. Lesley has also worked in England in an Outdoor centre in Devon. Currently freelancing as an Outdoor educator as Lesley supposedly segues into retirement.

Geoff McCaul — Flinders University — OEA Representative
Geoff comes from an education background with 18 years of experience in outdoor education instruction, and teaching. He is an Associate Lecturer in Health & Outdoor Education at Flinders University; with teaching interests focussed on place and culturally responsive outdoor education, outdoor leadership, and youth mental health in the outdoors. Geoff has been involved in OEASA since 2022 and is passionate about the transformative power of Outdoor Education and outdoor learning for our youth. He is the current chair of NBONSA (Nature-Based Outdoor Network SA), and sits on the committees for Paddle SA Education, and Walking SA Education.

Tameliya Nikielski — Freelance Outdoor Educator — OEA Representative
Tameliya is an outdoor educator with experience supporting at‑risk youth in South Australia, including freelance facilitation and higher education teaching. She is currently completing a Master by Research degree focused on participant wellbeing in an extended‑stay outdoor education program in South Australia. Tameliya brings sector experience across outdoor programs, community engagement, and experiential learning. Tameliya has been invovled with OEASA since 2025.
