You are invited to attend the 2025 AGM to be held on Friday 14th March 202.

OEASA 2025 AGM Details:

5.30 – 6.00pm - Time to catch up and chat

6.00 – 6.30pm - AGM

6.30 – 7.00pm – Stay for a chat and order a meal from the hotel menu & specials

All members are encouraged to attend and support your association.

Calls are made for nominations from among our members to serve as office bearers of the association. Nominations with a seconder for the following positions may be made prior to or at the AGM. Chairperson, Deputy Chair, Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer, Secretary, Assistant Secretary and committee members.

It would be fantastic to welcome new faces to the AGM and perhaps onto the committee in 2025

PROPOSED CHANGE TO Constitution

In line with new requirements from the Australian Tax Office it is proposed that OEASA alters the current constitution to align with the ATO requirements for Not For Profits and dissolution.

Proposed New wording is attached in the documents section.

It is hoped that people attending will stay for a chat, meal and drinks after the AGM.
